Fred, it was good speaking with you.  I like the idea of you mentioning that you are interested in finding someone with my current skill set, here.  It would be an excellent learning curve, for many of us, if we did work together on some projects.  There are skills that I have, Networks, Adobe CS3 Suite, SEO...and things that I want to learn more about, quickly; Visual Studio, SQL Server Studio Managment, XML.  Ultimately, my goal is Synergy.  Intergrating data and providing solutions.  Everyday, I make things happen where I work and it is a good feeling.
